A Creative Aspect to Wedding Photography.
Cambridge Wedding Photographer, Aspect Photography is owned and operated by husband and wife duo Richard & Diane Martin from their home studio Based in the South Cambridgeshire village of Linton on the borders of Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Essex.
Richard is the principle photographer and is a member of The Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers, winning the SWPP Landscape Photographer of the Year Award in 2009, shortly after starting Aspect Photography. Diane is the assistant and is able to bring a very useful female element to the wedding photography.
Richard is also the regular bridal photographer for Cambridge Explorer Magazine and photographs their bridal edition twice a year.
Richard began photographing weddings while working unpaid for a studio in Wales back in the 1980′s. He is a member of The Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers and in recent years was the winner of the SWPP Landscape Photographer of The Year. He regularly photographs the bridal photoshoots for Cambridge Explorer Magazine and recently photographed a commercial shoot for the charter airline, Titan Airways.
Richard & Diane recently celebrated their Silver Wedding Anniversary and have three children (and a Persian Cat called Crystal!)
Our Photography Style
We like to keep everything as informal as possible but at the same time ensuring that we get all the right pictures on the day, so that we can put together a portfolio that tells the entire story of your wedding day. To do this, we have developed a technique that blends creativity with photojournalism and just a dash of traditional.
Most of our images will look as though they are taken in a photojournalistic style and many of them are. But there are some which are set up as a bit of fun in order to get the right expressions, so we like to give little scenarios.
We will also get the formal traditional pictures taken, but we also like to add to this an element of fun once these are completed. Additionally, we will photograph many small details to add to the album.
Finally, we will take some of our signature creative images throughout the day to ensure your wedding album is perfect.
Linton village is situated just 12 miles from Cambridge making it an ideal location to cover weddings in Cambridge, Saffron Walden,
Newmarket, Royston and Ely as well as covering the whole of Cambridgeshire, Essex, Suffolk, Bedfordshire and Norfolk. We have also photographed weddings in London, Wales and other parts of the UK.
We are very competitive when it comes to our prices and we offer more than most. Our all day coverage includes a pre wedding photoshoot, coverage of your wedding day to the first dance, all post production editing and a disk of the high resolution jpegs. Our album prices also include album design service and the album of your choice in either contemporary storybook style or classic print and mount.
